So here’s what you can do
So here’s what you can do
Start Observing yourself
Start Observing yourself
Yes, you have a purpose. And yes, you are going to Discover it.
A coach acts as an accountability partner. The aim here isn't to force you into doing a heap of things you're uncomfortable with, but to support you in making progress towards your goals.
Take some advice from Socrates, and know thyself
Take some advice from Socrates, and know thyself
Spend some time with yourself, Observe and understand who you truly are; strengths, weaknesses, quirks everything. You don’t need to take a trip to the mountains in a faraway land; you can figure this out just as easily from your couch (although the view might not be as good!).
Open your mind, your heart and your soul to your purpose
Open your mind, your heart and your soul to your purpose
Every single person I’ve ever worked with on this knew deep down what it was, but had a hard time saying it aloud. Give this process some time. TRUST THE PROCESS And know that whatever it is, it’s enough. It’s ok if your purpose is simple. You don’t have to save the world. Just do what you are called to do.
Make a plan to bring it to life
Make a plan to bring it to life
This is just as important as DISCOVERING your purpose. Take into account your skills, your responsibilities, your interests, and your partner and family. Work out the best way for you to bring your purpose to life with everything you have going on. It’s ok if this changes as the years go by — it’s almost expected, really.
If wondering about your purpose in life has been playing on your mind — good. If you’re still reading this — good. It means you know there’s something you’re meant to do, and you want to know what it is. And when you find it, that weight will lift. You’ll have clarity. You’ll have direction. And you’ll make the impact on the world you are meant to.
